About Us

Boris and Sheila Pilsmaker opened Mountain Creamery on January 11, 1987. They have also owned and operated Hinterland Farm in Killington, Vermont since 1998.

Our farm to restaurant connection ensures a unique Vermont experience. Roast beef, hamburgers and barbecue brisket are some of the many offerings "from the farm." Organic mixed baby greens with farm fresh tomatoes and local mozzarella are a summer salad "farm special."
